Casimba: What you should know — and which alternatives are worth it

You have launched Casimba on your mobile device, found a very familiar-appearing casino somewhere else and are curious if there is really going to be a difference. Different logo, much the same slot machines. Another welcome offer. However, is this a true sister website of the same company, or simply a 'lookalike' casino?

Whether it's a "genuine" sister site of the same operating company (as opposed to a 'casino clone') will make all the difference when handing over your personal contact information, as well as transferring funds into your new account. Although related websites may apply similar account restrictions they do not automatically mean you'll be able to transfer your balance, accumulate loyalty points or be eligible for the same bonuses. And an enticing promotion quoted in dollars on an international edition of one of these sites doesn't give you much insight into what exactly you'll receive in the United Kingdom.

This page provides assistance in identifying Casimba sister sites so as to avoid confusion with international offers versus those that apply in the UK. On 18 October 2026, I checked the UK Gambling Commission public register for account 52894, registered to White Hat Gaming Limited, the operator behind casimba.com. This section explains how to verify the ownership and licensing of a site, identifies other brands that operate under the same registration, outlines which old domains are now Inactive, and identifies potential pitfalls to be aware of prior to registering.

Kayleigh "Kaz" Bramley has been comparing UK bingo and casino brands since 2013, keeping a notes app of payout times and verification snags. Her practical checks — not star ratings alone — shape the comparisons below.

Understand Sister Sites and Verify Casimba’s Current Operator and UK Licence

Casimba Sister Sites 2026

Start with legal matters instead of the welcome banner. A brand owner, a gambling operator and a software supplier can be three separate businesses. If you confuse the three, you can't rely on your sister-site comparison from the start.

The register places Casimba with White Hat Gaming Limited, UKGC account 52894, with head office address: Cornerstone Business Centre, Mosta, MST 1180, Malta. The licence number for this company is 052894-R-329546-008, which covers Bingo Remote, Casino Remote, Gambling Software Remote and two General Betting Standard Remote activities (real and virtual events), all Active since 29 October 2018. The record shows only one trading name, no premises and no regulatory actions against this company.

The same account includes 39 domain names: 7 Active, 19 White Label and 13 Inactive. One of those 19 White Label domains is www.casimba.com along with dreamvegas.com, grandivy.com, playgrand.com, barz.com and 21casino.com. A "White Label" indicates that the brand trades on White Hat Gaming's licence and platform, and that shared licence account is what connects these casinos as sister sites rather than lookalike sites.

Your verification process should look something like this:

  1. Note the legal operator name, brand owner (where indicated) and licence account number shown in the site’s footer, terms and conditions or privacy statement.
  2. Go to the UK Gambling Commission public register and search for that legal operator.
  3. Check their current licence status along with which types of gambling services they have permission to provide and what web domain(s) they are permitted to operate on. Also make sure the specific URL you’re accessing matches those domains exactly.
  4. Do not proceed until you’ve resolved any discrepancies found when checking these details.

An overseas licence issued by another jurisdiction will NOT be sufficient for gambling businesses offering products to consumers in Great Britain. For example; the Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/370/2017 named in Casimba's footer for customers located outside Great Britain does not validate whether a British customer is accessing a website that has been legally permitted to offer gambling services in Great Britain – only the UKGC account does that.

If you would like to research a UK company, you can visit Companies House. However, since White Hat Gaming Limited is incorporated in Malta (company reference number C73232, registered address 85 St John Street, Valletta) its corporate filings sit with the Malta Business Registry. Neither register replaces the UKGC's licensing record.

"Sister site" doesn’t always mean one shared wallet. It's often used to describe casinos on the same licence or in the same group, but some reviews also use it when they compare any two sites with very similar themes. Keep ownership and operation in separate columns, so you know whether an alternative changes the business behind your account or just the wallpaper.

This comparison is for adults aged 18+, using only UKGC-licensed sites. Take time to think. If gambling feels hard to control then stop now and seek help through BeGambleAware and GamCare.

Compare Confirmed Sister Sites: Dream Vegas, Grand Ivy, PlayGrand, Barz and 21 Casino

When a shortlist includes no proof of current registration for the name at hand it could be in danger of being outdated. An out-of-date list may unwittingly promote a brand which has changed operator, limited its registrations, or withdrawn from the British market.

This is how the five best-known names compare on my check of the register on 18 October 2026. Each is listed on White Hat Gaming's account, so you're dealing with the same licensed operator as Casimba.

BrandDomain on account 52894Register statusWhat you should verify
Dream Vegasdreamvegas.comWhite LabelCurrent welcome terms and withdrawal limits
Grand Ivygrandivy.comWhite LabelCurrent legal notices and British offer
PlayGrandplaygrand.comWhite LabelPayment methods and bonus eligibility
Barzbarz.comWhite LabelBritish registration availability
21 Casino21casino.comWhite LabelCurrent terms and eligible games

Calling all five identical sisters would hide real differences. All have a common operator, though brand ownership, lobbies and promotions can differ. Each should therefore be compared separately using British terms.

If you enjoy the combination of slots and live dealers that Casimba provides then Dream Vegas will likely be the most logical site to compare next; this is in no way an endorsement of either its current bonus offer or the time required to withdraw from it. The fact that both sites are operated by the same entity could imply similar conditions and/or restrictions and/or verifications at some point. That's exactly what many players hope to leave behind when switching brands.

Grand Ivy has its own set of British terms and should be judged on those, not on a foreign promotion. If you simply want a different lobby look on the same licence, Barz and 21 Casino are worth investigating.

White Hat Gaming also lists seven domains as Active under its own account, including slotnite.com, hellocasino.com and mainstagebingo.com. There are also 13 listed as Inactive, including karamba.com, hopa.com and mrrun.com. However often they still show up on older comparisons, do not add Inactive websites to your shortlist.

If you would prefer to move away from White Hat Gaming's account completely, BravoPlay is my current top pick. It has its own, different operator, which means you get an independently operated casino rather than just another "Casimba sister", and it still needs the same checks for licence, bonus and banking as every other casino brand.

Always keep dated records of each legal page that you access. Should there be conflicting information on two or more pages, contact support to obtain written clarification. Even though a confident chat response may have been provided, these must correlate with the contractual documentation.

Want to compare brands outside this network too? My Mr Green sister sites, Casushi sister sites and Casino Heroes sister sites guides use the same register-first checks.

Compare Games, Mobile Features and the Benefits and Drawbacks of Shared Networks

Comparing two logos is of little help when both will still take you through that awful menu to play the same old games. Look at the things you actually want from a casino experience. Do not look at a huge list of advertised games as something to brag about.

Choose a couple of your favourites. If there are certain games like "Big Bass Bonanza" or a specific live roulette table that are important to you, search the exact name of that game on both sites; do not simply assume one site has it because another does. Games with similar titles may be completely different versions of the same type of game with completely different rules.

Look at the game's details page for stake levels, features and the return to player (RTP) percentage. RTP is a measure of a long-term expected return in theory; it is NOT what you expect to get paid back during an actual gaming session. The fact that a couple of sites have identical artwork for their respective versions of a game does NOT guarantee they also have identically configured versions of the game.

Before you decide which site to put money into on your mobile device, check out these simple activities:

  • Find a game you'd like to play, then go back to the main lobby area without getting lost.
  • Go to the cashier area, find your transaction history and locate the tools to help you gamble safely.
  • Try reading about promotional terms without having to fight through some annoying overlay.
  • Check the support hours of operation and find a way to contact them.

A mobile version of a site can be perfectly adequate without an app. In contrast, a mobile app icon does not provide information about how easy it will be to withdraw from the site.

Having one common platform can bring familiar navigation, game suppliers and account tools. However, having all sites run under one umbrella can limit the diversity of service: changing brands can result in replicating the same process when requesting customer assistance, making payments, or experiencing similar technical problems.

Loyalty should be treated as a distinct entity as well. Do not assume points or VIP status will carry over to other brands under the same licence. Loyalty credit isn't shared cash and being labelled "VIP" does not guarantee higher withdrawal limits.

Casimba also has an option to place bets on sports, which matches the betting activities on White Hat Gaming's licence. If sports or bingo is your priority, check that section on each sister properly. While slots may dominate this site, a slot-heavy casino isn't automatically a substitute for a dedicated sportsbook or a proper 90-ball room.

Check Registration Rules, Welcome Bonus Eligibility and Wagering Costs Before Depositing

Comparisons of bonuses are where material from overseas needs the most corrective effort. The international Casimba website advertises dollar deposit matches with wagering of 35× on both the bonus and the deposit, and this must not be shown as a current offer in Great Britain.

As from 19 January 2026, UKGC rules limit wagering requirements on bonus funds to 10×. If a so-called current UK comparison boasts of welcome bonuses of 35× or 40× in wagering then check whether it refers to an international site, outdated terms or some other mismatch.

Casimba's British welcome offer, as published in its terms on 18 October 2026, works in two stages:

StageWhat you getKey conditions
First deposit50 free spins on Big Bass BonanzaMin. deposit £20 and £10 wagered on slots; spins valid 72 hours; winnings paid as cash, capped at £100, no wagering
Second deposit50% match up to £50Min. deposit £20; 10x wagering on the bonus; max. bonus bet £5; bonus expires after 30 days

The value of the bonus itself is important. If you are claiming the entire £50 match, and the 10x wagering applies only to that amount of money, then you will need to put up £500 worth of qualifying bets. That isn't a £500 fee, and it is NOT a prediction of what you will lose; your bankroll may fluctuate as each bet settles, and you may lose the available funds before meeting the required 10x turnover requirement.

Review these individual conditions together with respect to:

  • What types of payments qualify towards your initial deposit and which types of payments do not.
  • If wagering requirements are applicable to bonus funds (and if so) how much of your bet qualifies toward the requirements.
  • The specific games that are allowed as part of the promotion (eligibility).
  • The maximum promotional stake.
  • The promotional period and expiration date.
  • Restrictions placed on withdrawal of promotional winnings.
  • The consequences associated with early cancellation/withdrawal of the promotional bonus.

Without this additional information, the headline number provides very little insight into what you may be able to expect. In other words, while "no wagering" on the free spins is a positive aspect, the £100 cap and 72-hour time frame still apply.

Prior to creating another account, contact customer service: "I already have an account at Casimba: am I eligible to participate in this brand's welcome promotion?" Include all relevant shared household situations, and retain their response. Do NOT provide passwords or unnecessary documentation via standard chat services.

Having one account with one brand does not automatically determine whether you are eligible or ineligible for another brand. Households, group and/or payment restrictions can vary based upon current terms. Never create duplicate accounts or alter account details to get around them. If you are unsure about the terms of the promotional offer, it would be advisable to deposit without a bonus or not deposit at all.

Compare Payment Methods, Withdrawal Limits, Identity Checks and Complaint Routes

When you've got the most attractive lobby ever, it won’t make a difference in how you feel about it if the cashier isn’t supporting your favourite way of withdrawing. Always check the banking rules prior to making a deposit; that's while walking away is still easy.

Please use the cashier associated with your British account and what’s currently being offered by way of payment options. Payment methods listed on the international version will NOT confirm whether those methods are available for use with your account in the UK, nor do they confirm processing times or any promotional terms that may apply to you. An electronic wallet that has been approved for use with your account may not be eligible for some promotions; likewise, a payment method that can be deposited into your account may not be the same method through which you withdraw funds.

Credit cards cannot be used to gamble using any online gaming site that has received a licence from the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC).

There are three stages when evaluating speed when you’re trying to get paid out: Review by the operator, any outstanding checks and then transfer time by the payment provider. Simply stated, “processed within a day” does not automatically mean that your money will be transferred into your bank account within a day. Without documented tests, a specific payout-time claim is simply guesswork.

List both the minimum amount of money that you can withdraw and any applicable fees. List any daily, weekly or monthly limits. Also ask if there are differences in limits between normal cash winnings, promotional winnings and/or specific jackpot winnings. A weekly limit could delay access to a larger balance, even though each withdrawal request you submit is processed quickly.

UK licensed operators are required to validate customer’s age and identity prior to allowing them access to gamble on their sites. Further checks may be made at some stage in the process, e.g. verification of ownership/origin of funds used to make payments, etc. Complete genuine requests for information through secure channels, and don't assume that verification at one sister brand clears every other account.

Operators shouldn't postpone requesting information until you withdraw if they could reasonably have asked for it earlier. Should this occur, please note down the time period and report this via the complaints procedure.

If you are unable to resolve your issue with your gaming site operator, you need to formally complain. You can find the ADR provider(s) name from your gaming site operator by checking their website. Once you know which ADR provider has been appointed, a qualifying dispute can generally go to it after eight weeks, or earlier if the operator issues a deadlock letter. The UKGC is happy to receive reports regarding regulatory issues, however it will not resolve a personal payment dispute for you.

Check Cross-Site Self-Exclusion, Set Spending Limits and Avoid Chasing Losses

Shared ownership matters most when you're trying to stop gambling, as opposed to comparing banner ads for a new site. A list of sister sites should help you see which sites a restriction may cover, never serve as a means to circumvent that restriction.

If you have self-excluded from gambling, do not attempt to determine if a related brand accepts you. Request that the operator inform you which accounts and brands their self-exclusion applies to. As there are currently 19 White Label brands associated with a single account it would be difficult to determine if this was sufficient to apply to all 19 brands based solely upon the presence of a similar logo or different brand name.

GAMSTOP provides multi-operator online self-exclusion across participating businesses licensed in Great Britain. It isn't the same as a short account timeout, and switching to an offshore casino while excluded undermines the protection you asked for. Should you find that an excluded account continues to appear open; contact both the operator and GAMSTOP rather than making a deposit to test it.

When considering how much money to set aside for gambling (i.e., budgeting), choose an amount you could afford to lose completely after your essential spending and savings commitments. Prior to commencing play, set deposit limits and/or consider other features such as loss limits, time reminders, etc. Bank-based gambling blocks are also worth using where your bank offers them.

Ultimately, your overall gaming budget is far more important than any individual limit established per account. For example, three sites with individual limits of £20 could allow £60 in deposits over the applicable time frame. The gaming businesses may be related: your bank balance certainly is.

Look out for how your behaviour is changing - whether it's going back into the cashiers once you have reached your spending limit, if you're hiding what you've been doing online, if you borrow money from friends and family to continue playing, or if you go searching for additional bonuses to try and recoup your losses. And remember: moving to another site doesn't reset the maths. Instead of continuing to refine comparisons stop now and look for support as needed.

18+ only: use only UKGC-licensed sites. Please gamble responsibly and Take Time to Think. If gambling is no longer something that you feel you can manage at all, GamCare offers support without you having to wait for a crisis. You do not have to demonstrate that things are bad enough before you ask for help.

Conclusion: Base Your Decision on Verified Licensing, Clear Terms and Affordability

Start with Dream Vegas if you want the closest comparison under White Hat Gaming’s licence, then check out what Grand Ivy, PlayGrand, Barz and 21 Casino offer on their current UK T&Cs. Alternatively, for a casino that is completely separate from the operator, compare BravoPlay instead.

Ultimately, your choice should be based on being able to verify that your chosen site has a valid licence; whether there are clear and reasonable requirements attached to the bonus offered (written down); how clearly the withdrawal rules are explained; and finally, whether or not the total costs associated with playing at this site fit into your overall gaming budget, rather than just chasing some cheap headline offer from abroad. The register information listed above was checked on 18 October 2026, and the official resources linked in this guide let you re-check it yourself. If anything remains unclear, keep your money where it is.
